- No Covid news, unless it is something really important and a big change. People get enough news about this already. In your other articles (articles not about Covid), avoid mention of Covid as much as possible.
- For new journalists covering a country or region, we will talk with you about the main storylines of interest in your country, but only after we see you’ve written for us seriously for a little while. If you’re looking for things to write about at the start, look at national developments, economy, energy, country-specific crime (like piracy in Nigeria or Somalia), international relations, laws, the constitution and how the government interacts with the population, human rights, etc.
